You can re-download it later on any device, for example to create a move-out inspection from an existing move-in inspection.
- Retrieve all your property inspection photos in high definition, directly from the app or via the web interface.
- Use artificial intelligence without any limit: chat directly with the app to create or delete items, add remarks, or perform damage estimates. AI becomes your personal assistant in the field.
- Take one or more photos of a room and let the AI analyze them. It automatically suggests the elements to check and comments on them in detail. For example, if the AI detects a chair and a sofa, it will suggest adding them, specifying that the chair is brown wood and the sofa is blue fabric with a torn armrest.
